I am often asked for sauce and dressing recipes so this sauce, essentially a much thinner version of pesto, is for those able to tolerate olive oil.
BASIL SAUCE
10 fresh basil leaves
1/8 C macadamias
2 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
1. Put all ingredients into a small spice grinder and grind until combined. Alternatively, pound ingredients together with a mortar and pestle.
Enjoy on salad, vegetables, fish or meat ❤️
